How long do orders take to make?

We're a small operation, so we ask that you please leave at least a week for us to make your order. If you need an order in less than a week, please choose one of our 'Express' options. We'll have it ready in 3 days! 

Do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to anywhere within 15 miles/90 minutes within Palmers Green. If you live further than that, let us know and we can work something out!

How long does delivery take?

Once we've made your order, please give us at least 3 days to get it to you. We'll give you an ETA via email. 

If I'm collecting, when can I collect my order?

We'll send an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect, which should be no longer than a week from the date you've placed an order. 

Can I order something off-menu?

Do you supply other businesses?

Yes, we're happy to! If you have a café, a catering company or even just want to place a large order for a company function, please get in touch using the contact form below. 

Tell me more about FFBs product customisation.

However you want your goodies, just let us know! You can choose up to three customisable bits per product. For any #CelebrationEdition🎉 products, you can choose an additional three customisable bits. If you choose more than three bits, we'll choose three bits out of your selected options. Please make sure you only choose three bits so we can make you exactly what you want!

Does that mean you can make vegan cakes?

Yes, we can make some of our treats without butter and/or eggs. Let us know what you'd like using the contact form below and we'll let you know if it's possible 😎

Can I order from you if I have an allergy?

You certainly can, just make sure you let us know what you're allergic to! You can get in touch using the contact form below if you have any specific questions. 

Please be aware Fuss-Free Bakery's kitchen is not allergy free. Whilst we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. We may let you know we can't fulfil your order if you have serious allergies - we just want to keep you safe!
